I can sms oversea with quite an expensive rate, 100Y/sms
I can use internet with a rate I don't know
I can mail with a rate I don't know
I can send picture with a rate I don't know

Regular Fee: 2.200Y/month
Contract: 2Yrs
Internet: 350Y/month
Benifit: I got 2months free (for the regular fee which is 2.200Y)
Extra: If I use over the limits, I'll have to pay more lolz...

What else? That's all I know.
