Every year, this outstanding student award is held at Beong Thom Village. Almost everybody is invited to attend; they are: award winner, students, teachers, elderly, commune/district/school committee, parents of the award winner and security.

Third time giving the speech and still shake like the first try. Obviously need more practice!
